The room rental fee includes use of the space, as well as pre-determined set-up, cleaning, and guest services staffing fees. Catering, A/V, and additional staffing would be additional costs. *Sales tax and a service charge of 21% are also additional.

Aramark is Lincoln Financial Field’s exclusive catering provider, and we have an amazing, dedicated Catering Team to assist you with all your food and beverage needs. We do not allow outside caterers. Food and beverage donations are subject to buyout fees.

For all other vendors, we have a preferred list that we are happy to share. If you plan to bring any of your own vendors in, please be sure to communicate all details and logistics with your Event Manager.

Yes, due to our dynamic, ever-changing event calendar, we ask for your flexibility when looking to book your event!

Dates that fall within the football season cannot be 100% confirmed until that calendar year’s NFL Schedule is released in early May.

Dates that fall within the Spring/Summer months (April-August) are subject to our stadium event schedule (including concerts, soccer, lacrosse, etc.) which can vary year-to-year.

We will do our best to work with you on availability and provide you with the best options!

It depends! Many of our event spaces are equipped with audio and visual components. However, some spaces may require additional support [which would be priced based on what is needed]. Please discuss all A/V needs with your Event Manager and we can provide a quote!

The Philadelphia Eagles marks cannot be used in any event promotional materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, invitations, signage, etc.

No fee! Parking is complimentary. If there are other events in the Sports Complex on the date of your event, your Event Manager will communicate any changes to parking accommodations.

Once there is a signed event contract in place, your Event Manager will work with you on the deposit schedule, which varies per event. Full pre-payment for your event is due no later than the time you arrive on site for the event. This full pre-payment is based on a final estimate. Any ancillary charges that are incurred during or after the event will be charged post-event.

Yes, we do have some restrictions when it comes to sponsors. Due to our existing Eagles partnerships, we have to be mindful of our partners’ competitors. Please discuss all event sponsor questions with your Event Manager!

Yes! Based on availability, your Event Manager can request the following types of appearances for your event: mascot, cheerleaders, drumline, or Pep Band. Remember to make your event appearance requests as early as possible – our Entertainment Team has a very busy calendar year-round!

Yes! Stadium tours are a great addition to any event. Please work with your Event Manager to schedule.

Yes! However, we are only able to book spring prom dates 4 months in advance. If you need to confirm the date sooner, unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate the prom.

We do not offer discounted rates for birthday parties. We understand that these private event costs may not fit within your budget for a small party. We highly recommend taking a stadium tour for the birthday celebration instead. Groups have so much fun doing this, and we’d love to host your group next! Find more information HERE!

Unfortunately, we do not host weddings at Lincoln Financial Field, due to our very fluid stadium schedule. However, we would love to be a part of this special time – please consider taking your engagement photos at the stadium! Find more information HERE!
